Denver Federal Center (DFC) – Buildings 810 (CO0624AA), 67 (CO0627AA), and 94 (CO0660AA). This requirement provides Design-Build services for replacement and modernization of the existing Edwards EST-3 fire alarm control systems with new Edwards EST-4 fire alarm systems. Scope includes engineering, design, programming, demolition, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and closeout services associated with replacement of existing fire alarm control panels, networked sub-panels, CPUs, network cards, amplifiers, power supplies, NAC power supplies, and associated fire alarm equipment required to maintain system functionality and code compliance. Work also includes integration of the new EST-4 system with the existing Silent Knight fire alarm system serving portions of Building 810. Additional services include NFPA 72 compliant shop drawings, outage coordination, fire watch services during impairments, smoke control integration testing, acceptance testing, third-party witnessing services, and project closeout documentation.
