Only contractors prequalified under Stage I and currently listed on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list are eligible to bid on this Stage II Invitation to Bid for the Pineridge Remodel project at the Utah State Developmental Center in American Fork, Utah. The project involves a comprehensive interior remodel of the existing Pineridge building, encompassing sleeping units, staff rooms, offices, common areas, toilet and shower facilities for both boys and girls, a laundry area, dining, kitchen, and intake spaces, all constructed to average finish levels with an estimated contract value of $1,000,000.
