Only contractors prequalified under Stage I and currently listed on the DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the solicitation date are eligible to bid on this Stage II Invitation to Bid for the Administrative Office of the Courts - Juvenile Court Fourth Floor Buildout, Project #26423150. The project involves the complete build-out of the fourth floor’s shelled space into office, reception, restroom, and storage areas, along with remodeling of occupied first-floor spaces adjacent to areas remaining in use, with all work required to be conducted at night, after hours, or on weekends to avoid disruption. The estimated construction cost is $2,100,000, and the contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
