The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
**Project Description:** Repair building which includes the following: replace all exterior windows, storefront, and doors in building, framed roof, electrical devices, wiring and panels from electrical MDP, ceiling tiles, flooring covering, metal soffit and rain gutters with downspouts, standing metal seam roof, latrines and shower, HVAC system, EFIS exterior wall finish over entire building. Update floor plan to users’ needs and current code requirements.
