**REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL**
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the referenced project:
**Project Description:** CM/GC services for multiple capital improvement and various agency-funded renovation projects over multiple years at the State Capitol Complex. Projects will take place in and around the State Capitol Complex, which includes the State Capitol Building and surrounding buildings and grounds. **This selection includes projects from Fiscal Years 2026-2028, with an option to extend on a year by year basis through FY 2030.**
**Fixed Contract Price Limit** Varies per project, with Capitol Improvement Projects ranging from an estimated $25,000 to $3,500,000 in value. Capitol Renovation projects could be valued up to $10,000,000 or more.
