**INVITATION TO BID**
This solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Bid of a multistage selection process for construction services. Only Contractors short listed by the Selection Committee during the Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to bid during this stage of the selection process.
**Project Description: Construction of a new veterans memorial cemetery in Washington Terrace, Utah. Work includes but is not limited to: Site improvements, utility infrastructure, hardscape, irrigation and landscaping installation, building construction.**
**Construction Cost Estimate: $12,000,000.00**
