The purpose of this project is to revitalize the entry points of the old Fort Walton Beach Fairgrounds metal buildings into a cohesive updated Event Center entryway that is attractive to the community and event attendees. This project will include three (3) new entrance points approximately 500 square feet each. These entrances should coordinate the circulation spaces between the foyer and bathrooms areas, and adjacent event spaces to be used as combined event space or separate uses. Also included within this scope are decorative stucco screen walls with varying heights, along with a continuous covered walkway connecting all entry points along the south face of the project (approximately 600'). Construction shall be based off of approved schematic design and shall include hvac and electrical design for each entry. Exterior accent lighting at each entry element, along with area lighting along canopy path and decorative screen walls is included within this scope of work. Parking along south face at entry points is included, along with storm water system ranging from east end of Building B to west end of Building A lying between Judge Maney Way and the existing building face. Storm water shall tie into overall site system outside of this project. Scope includes submission of plans to attain Building Permit from the City of Fort Walton Beach
