DH26032 - Out of Hours Gas Service Checks for Domestic Properties

Derby Homes Limited is seeking an approved gas registered provider for solicitation DH26032 to conduct out-of-hours gas service checks for domestic properties in Derby where access has proven difficult. The successful provider will be responsible for contacting tenants and performing services outside the standard 8am to 5pm window to ensure the landlord meets its legal obligations. The provider must be registered with an approved gas body, be capable of certifying their own works, and be able to generate building control notices. This opportunity is specifically reserved for UK suppliers, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs). The contract is estimated to run from January 11, 2027, to July 10, 2027, with a potential six-month extension to January 10, 2028, subject to budget and performance. The total estimated value is 40,000 GBP excluding VAT, or 50,000 GBP including VAT. Award decisions will be based on general capability and capacity, with a weighted split of 50% for quality, assessed via method statements in the B01 Written Answers document, and 50% for price, assessed via the B02 Pricing document. All submissions must be uploaded individually to the Delta eSourcing portal by the deadline of November 25, 2026, at 12:00pm.
