The requirement is for the continued provision of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS), in support of both critical day-to-day business functions and specialized and technical programmatic lines of effort for the Office of Health Security (OHS). The requirements will provide A&AS support in



• Health, Food and Agriculture Resilience Directorate (including food, agriculture and veterinary defense programs)
• Healthcare Systems and Oversight Directorate (including emergency medical services, border health, and operational medicine programs)
• Health Information Systems and Decision Support
• Immediate Office of the Chief Medical Officer



The Contractor will also support broader activities in context of immigration and detention health, global health security, biodefense, and facilitate the planning for health and medical information sharing programs and projects. This includes:



• Project planning, implementation and monitoring support.
• Research analysis, market research and other types of research.
• SME advisory support and reach-back consultations.
• Technical, production, presentation, protocol and procedure development.
• Budget planning, budget execution, procurement support, accounting reports and financial analysis. All activities will be performed in support of federal personnel, and the Contractor will not be directly involved in executing any inherently governmental function.
• Support development of draft documentation, responses, data calls, MOUs/MOAs, and research in support of the division needs and requirements.
• As appropriate, administrative support, including travel planning, scheduling, reporting, in support of these activities.
