The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) plans to enter into a contract with a supplier that can provide Diagnostic Lab Testing Services (DLTS) diagnostic testing, information and services as outlined in the SOW on a national basis to support our - drug free workplace program. This program will help us to comply with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration [SAMHSA] programs while testing for drug and alcohol for applicants and employees. This effort will result in the establishment of a new contract for DLTS. The USPS intends to award one contract to one supplier for multiple years. The base term expected will be for a three-year base, and two, three year option periods.
