Award selection was based on a best-value trade-off analysis rather than the lowest price, with evaluation weights heavily favoring pricing (400 points) and the depth and breadth of offered solutions (200 points). Deliverables must be new, current models delivered in operational condition to participating entities throughout North America, adhering to all applicable FDA, OSHA, and ISO regulatory standards.
