DLA Energy awarded a fixed-price requirements contract with economic price adjustment, SPE605-26-D-8504, to GLA Global Company, a women-owned small business. The master agreement, signed December 4, 2025, has an effective date of January 1, 2026, and an ordering period extending through September 30, 2028, with a total award value of $21,301,705.62. This contract covers the supply of various fuels, including diesel, gasoline, automotive, jet fuel, and heating oil, with pricing subject to daily adjustments based on OPIS and AXXIS market indices. Under this master agreement, delivery order SPE605-26-F-HXQ4 was issued on August 10, 2026, for the procurement of 300 units of diesel fuel (NSN 9140015416760) for a total price of $1,298.76. The fuel is scheduled for delivery to Fort Pierce, Florida, by August 13, 2026. All deliveries are FOB Destination, with the government responsible for inspection and acceptance based on specific Quality Assurance Plans, including ENERGY-QAP-E12.
