SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is not a solicitation and the Government does not guarantee a solicitation will be issued. The Mission Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston, is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 10. Market research is being conducted to determine whether or not any businesses are capable of providing this service at a fair and reasonable price. NAICS code is 335312-Motor and Generator Manufacturing. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement will provide (2) two diesel Powered Generators, (25) Spider Box, (4) Spider Box Feeder panel, (50) Spider Box cables, (4) 50' Banded 5-Wire. For CSTX 78-16-01 exercise at Fort Knox, KY. Equipment will provide a power source to sleeping tents for lighting and heating purposes. (See Attachment)
