The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (“TNRD”), the City of Kamloops (“City”) and Grassland Organics (“GO”) invite proposals through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified Contractors for the provision of all or parts of processing, loading, transportation and marketing of dimensional wood (white wood) waste and yard waste (green wood) at solid waste facilities throughout the TNRD, including at City and GO facilities.It is the intention that the successful Proponent will enter into three (3) separate agreements with the TNRD, the City, and GO respectively for the provision of the services outlined within this RFP.
