This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and its attachments compose the only solicitation. The solicitation number is DCCMC10584 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with an associated small business size standard of 500. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. This acquisition is firm-fixed-price (FFP) and solicited on a brand name basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Configuration and compatibility issues justify the use of brand names. Only REDHAT AUTHORIZED RESELLERS may submit a quote. New equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured products, and NO "gray market." Quote per specifications requested. Part Numbers and periods of performance are listed in attached documents. Quote is to include all fees, including shipping or freight costs. The Government will award to the small business with the lowest price, technically acceptable quote based on specifications provided. Upon acceptance of this award your company certifies it is an REDHAT Authorized Reseller that has the certification/specialization level required by REDHAT to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable REDHAT certification/specialization requirements. Your company shall warrant that the products are new, in their original box. Your company confirms to have sourced all REDHAT products submitted in this offer from REDHAT, in accordance with all applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase. In order for your quote to be considered, please send with your quotes any software, subscription, and maintenance licenses or agreements which may be required for this contract. Quotes submitted without all necessary documentation will be considered NON-RESPONSIVE.
