DISK AND HUB, COMPRESSOR, AIRCRAFT GAS TUR

This contract pertains to the procurement of nine Disk and Hub, Compressor, Aircraft Gas Turbine units with the NSN 2840-00-105-8366, designated as a Critical Safety Item and a Critical Application Item under Air Force requirements. Delivery is scheduled for 264 days after the award date with FOB origin, and inspection and acceptance occur at the manufacturer’s site. The item must comply with stringent technical and quality standards referenced from the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, and the supplier must adhere to SAE AS9100 for higher-level quality management. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II respectively. Unit marking must conform to MIL-STD-129, including lot and serial numbers, contractor and actual manufacturer Cage codes, and part number; no Item Unique Identification is required as per customer request. Packaging must meet MIL-STD-2073-1E with polyethylene foam sheets used as cushioning per Drawing PHE998, and palletization follows DLA packaging guidelines. All supplies must be properly documented with compliance to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 and Controlled Unclassified Information handling procedures under RD002. Any deviations or waivers must be submitted to the DSC Contracting Officer for approval. The contract specifies no quantity variance is permitted, and the delivery address is DLA Distribution Cherry Point, North Carolina, with transportation logistics governed by DLA procedural notes C19 and C20.
