Full Description
1. Scope of Work
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires the demolition and disposal of one relocatable building (RLB), designated as Building 11857, located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) North, WA. The work consists of the complete demolition and removal of the approximately 1,400 sq. ft. structure, its footings, foundation, and an attached covered awning. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and legal disposal of all associated debris and restoration of the site to a natural condition, including ground leveling and seeding with a grass mix consistent with the surrounding area.
2. Award Procedures and Anticipated Award Date
This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (RFO 12.201(c)(2)). The Government intends to directly solicit at least three (3) qualified small business concerns. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, provides the best value to the Government. The anticipated award date is 31 July 2026.
