Solicitation # N00019-26-DRPM-RAS-AIRPMO-0294
The Naval Air Systems Command is conducting market research through a Request for Information to identify commercially available or emerging systems for Group 1 and Group 2 Unmanned Aircraft System training, mission planning, mission rehearsal, simulation, and qualification management. The goal is to enhance operator proficiency and reduce operational risks by utilizing simulation-based training for realistic threat environments and emergency procedures. This effort is strictly for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation or a commitment to award a contract. Interested parties are invited to submit unclassified white papers detailing their technical capabilities, system architecture, cybersecurity measures, and NDAA compliance. The government is specifically interested in scalability, as future demand could involve thousands of units or licenses. Submissions should include company profiles, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and a description of how the solution handles contested environments and system interoperability.
