Audio Visual (AV) Equipment & Installation Camp Shelby, MS (BLDG 3576, 3701)The Mississippi Army National Guard is seeking commercial audiovisual equipment and installation services under a full small business set-aside, with NAICS code 334310 and a 750-employee size standard, through a Request for Quotation issued under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12 procedures. The solicitation requires the procurement of professional-grade AV hardware for two facilities—Building 3576 and Building 3701—including multiple 75-inch and 85-inch 4K displays, wireless presentation systems, AI-powered conference cameras, HDMI distribution units, specialized cabling, power distribution units, ceiling microphones, network switches, and digital signage displays, all of which must be new, commercially available, and have their country of origin clearly stated. Installation services are a standalone CLIN and cover full deployment at both locations, including mounting, concealed cabling, system configuration, control programming, testing, and debris removal, with strict compliance required for ADA standards, structural constraints based on wall types, and air-gapped AV network design to prevent connectivity to military networks. All quotes must be firm fixed price, submitted by 1:00 PM CDT on August 13, 2026, and include detailed technical specifications, itemized pricing, delivery and installation timelines, and proof of similar past performance within the last three years. Crestron products are explicitly prohibited, and vendors must provide manufacturer spec sheets—not generic descriptions—to qualify as responsive. Offerors are encouraged but not required to attend a site visit on August 4, 2026. The government will evaluate submissions based on technical capability as the primary factor, followed by price and past performance, and will award to the most advantageous offer. The contractor must provide a one-year workmanship warranty, pass through all manufacturer warranties, and respond to technical inquiries within 48 hours. The project must be completed within 30 days of award. Submission must include CAGE code, UEI, TIN, and point of contact information, with prompt payment terms of Net 30. Questions must be submitted by August 6, and responses will be issued via amendment by August 11.

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Compunetix IncThe U.S. Army Pacific Contracting Office in Hawaii plans to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Compunetix Inc. for the delivery of EPOS HME-130 headset systems to support the Mission Voice Platform at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. This procurement is justified under 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, as Compunetix Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of the proprietary Mission Voice Platform, which requires a unique polarized dual-prong connector and specialized electronic interface not available in commercial off-the-shelf alternatives. Compunetix has certified in writing that the EPOS HME-130 is the only compatible replacement for legacy headsets that are no longer in production, and sourcing elsewhere would compromise system interoperability, void warranties, and introduce unacceptable mission risk. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 334310, with a size standard of 750 employees, and no set-aside is being applied. This notice is not a solicitation but a public announcement inviting interested parties to submit written evidence demonstrating that full and open competition would be advantageous to the government. All submissions must be received by 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time on August 8, 2026, and sent exclusively via email to Jesse Paraiso at jesse.r.paraiso.mil@army.mil; no telephone inquiries will be accepted. The government retains full discretion to determine whether competition is feasible, and failure to demonstrate a viable alternative will result in the award proceeding exclusively to Compunetix Inc.
