The Work under this Contract consists of controlled burning, invasive vegetation management, woody species control, and supplementing species by various management means within the District and on District Managed Properties to promote impacted sites stability and ecological habitat enhancement.
The District is seeking to hire a contractor for an approximate three-year period (plus a possible two-year extension) to accomplish the contract goals between December 2020 and December 31, 2023. However, funding will be subject to the Board of Commissioners Budget and Appropriations Ordinance and subsequent to annual encumbrance for contract obligations.
