The Florida Department of Transportation is soliciting competitive bids for district-wide mobile detailing services, requiring all bidders to be registered in Florida’s MyFloridaMarketplace system and meet state licensing requirements if applicable. Out-of-state entities must be authorized to conduct business in Florida, and all bids must comply with the state's scrutinized companies list regulations, which restrict contracts with entities engaged in certain prohibited activities or boycott actions. Bidders must submit a vendor certification regarding these lists alongside their price proposals. The solicitation includes strict rules on communication with state officials during the bidding process and incorporates a transaction fee on payments to vendors. Compliance with various nondiscrimination statutes—including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Executive Orders addressing environmental justice and access for limited English proficiency persons—is mandated throughout the contract. Additionally, contractors must adhere to Florida’s Inspector General policies. The solicitation, identified as DOT-ITB-26-7018-LV, was posted on May 12, 2026, with a response deadline of May 29, 2026.
