The Florida Department of Transportation requests competitive sealed bids (as indicated in the solicitation) for the procurement of solid waste management and recycling services for District Seven headquarters. MFMP Transaction Fee: All payment(s) to the vendor resulting from this competitive solicitation WILL be subject to the MFMP Transaction Fee in accordance with the referenced Form PUR 1000 General Contract Condition #7d. The Transaction Fees imposed shall be based upon the date of issuance of the payment. Scrutinized Companies Lists All responses, regardless of dollar value, must include a completed Vendor Certification Regarding Scrutinized Companies Lists to certify the respondent is not on either of those lists. The Form should be submitted with the Price Proposal.
