Purpose of Procurement   The Savannah State University (SSU), pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et. Seq.), is issuing an Electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) to one qualified supplier to provide professional DJ Services to the campus. The contract will be for one (1) year with four (4) potential renewals. The award will be made to a single supplier that provides the highest overall score through technical and cost evaluation. The primary intent of this eRFP is to identify a single source (responsible and responsive supplier receiving the highest Total Combined Score) to provide all of the needed goods and/or services; however, the State Entity reserves the right to make an additional contract award to the next best ranked supplier as a secondary (back-up) source of supply.
