Full Description

MAXIMO WON: CJF96G DLA EBS# 10515929. DFSP Jacksonville does not have the ability to offload JP5 tank trucks and has the need to return to bulk (RTB) JP5 when either the receiver sends the tank truck back, does not take entire shipment, or there is a leak detected during loading. Install an offload system at Facility 113 for RTB of JP5. System should conform to the Direct Off-Loading System depicted in UFC 3-460-01, Facility Plate 005 (see attached excerpt). Pipeline to be connected to receipt line at Facility 48. Provide containment for equipment and piping as necessary. Mission, Regulatory, Life Safety, Environmental. Applicable codes include UFC, industry standards, local, and environmental codes.
