Full Description
AMENDMENT 2:
The purpose of amendment two is :
1) Provide the updated Clause document (Attachment 3) which updates clause 52.233-02 SERVICE OF PROTEST - with the correct POCs.
2) The Government is requesting that each vendor that has been found to be in the competitive range submit their best and final proposal revisions by 12:00 p.m. (est) on November 10, 2025 or confirm in writing that previous proposal revisions are the best and final. All final proposal revisions shall be in submitted writing. The Government intends to make award without obtaining further revisions. All final proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Charli Soren at Charli.Soren@dla.mil, and Rachel Leak at Rachel.Leak@dla.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.
