This requirement is to provide pest control services for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
Troop Support and other DLA activities located at the Naval Support Activity (NSA)
Philadelphia. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools,
materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the Pest Control
Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall
perform the contracted services to the standards identified in this PWS. Area to be serviced
is approximately 790,000 square feet in size consisting of multiple areas within six separate
buildings. DLA is a combat support agency in the Department of Defense. DLA provides
supplies to the military services and supports their acquisition of weapons, fuel, repair parts,
and other materials. DLA Troop support and other DLA activities are tenants at the Naval
Support Activity Philadelphia. DLA currently resides in areas within six separate buildings
