DLA Troop Support Pest Control

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is seeking a small business contractor to provide integrated pest management services across approximately 790,000 square feet of facility space in six separate buildings at Naval Support Activity Philadelphia. The contract, solicited under RFQ SP4701-26-Q-0117, is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 561710 and requires the contractor to supply all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to deliver comprehensive pest control services. The work encompasses regular monitoring and inspections, service call responses for cockroaches, rodents, and miscellaneous pests, live animal trapping and removal, and the use of least-hazardous pesticides in compliance with regulatory standards. All products used must be accompanied by Safety Data Sheets submitted 72 hours in advance, and performance must meet a 100% satisfaction standard for task completion and timeliness, with an acceptable quality level of 90% of deliverables containing only minor defects and processed within agreed timeframes.
