DMA-RFP-361 X-TIC EVOLUTION ACFT LANE SYSTEM

The Florida Department of Military Affairs is soliciting proposals under solicitation DMA-RFP-361 for the procurement, logo application, and delivery of X-TIC Evolution ACFT Lane systems to various National Guard Armory locations across Florida. The required systems must feature a level, uniform artificial turf surface with a permeable, non-marring, anti-skid base and comply with ATP requirement 7-22.01, C1, page 2-4, Paragraph 2-22 and 2-23. These lanes must provide sufficient space for Preparation Drills and a uniform platform for the Standing Power Throw, Hand Release Push-up, and Plank. The estimated expenditure for this project is approximately 250,000 dollars. Proposals are evaluated based on a 160-point scale, considering general response requirements, qualifications and experience, price per complete lane, and estimated lead time for delivery. The award will be granted to the respondent deemed most advantageous to the state, and short-listed vendors may be subject to site visits and interviews. Mandatory submission documents include a price sheet, vendor references, a drug-free workplace certification, a minimum qualifications statement, and a certification regarding scrutinized companies.
