Repair KD range platform red and white (hot range) lights and Batt St. lights. Elevate supply panel platform. Lights on Batt St. were inoperable, deteriorated and removed from the poles. The lights are a very vital part of the range night time operations. WO: FHZGGL to replace the lights were deemed beyond scope by NAVFAC W) Replace 6 exterior pole lights, conduit and electrical wire to the junction box at the base of each pole on the south of the range along Batt. St. Electrical wires ran underground are not properly insulated. Red and white HOT range lights on two nearest platforms continue to short to ground when the ground is waterlogged. Switches for platforms are in operable. Power fed from a panel and transformer next to a cattle gate on Typhon Ave that is also in a pond after heavy rain creating electrocution hazard.
