Contractors are required to submit their bids electronically via the Swift Portal, and all responses must include comprehensive costs covering labor, materials, tools, transportation, taxes, and incidentals, as the unit price must be all-inclusive. The contract award will be granted to the lowest responsible bidder who meets all specifications and terms, with the possibility of awarding items separately or grouped for the most advantageous outcome for the State. The project has a budget range between $150,000 and $300,000, and interested vendors can arrange a site visit by contacting the project supervisor.
