DoD Fighter & Mobility Aircraft Flight Performance Modules / Platform Installation RFI

1. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary, all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Any pricing provided is not binding but may be used for planning purposes. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. 2. Summary of Requirements The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Foreign Military Sales Airspace Mission Planning (AFLCMC/HBMZ) located at Hanscom Air Force Base is seeking to determine the ability of industry, including small businesses, to develop Aircraft Flight Performance Modules (FPM), Take Off and Landing Data (TOLD), Joint Mission Planning Software (JMPS) Platform Installation (PI). Respondents shall be required to develop, test, and integrate multiple DoD fighter & mobility aircraft FPM/TOLD into JMPS, based on the specific aircraft -1 Flight Performance Manuals. This information will be utilized to develop acquisition strategy for a potential effort and gain knowledge of qualified businesses capable of technical performance related to the subject effort. 3. Submittal Instructions The government requests interested vendors complete Attachment 1 "RFI Disclaimer Form" and provide a copy to the undersigned Contracting Officer at myrka.mikhail@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to Heidi Bosinger-Waldron at heidi.bosingerwaldron@us.af.mil. Once the government receives and approves the "RFI Disclaimer Form" you will received a copy of the Capabilities Questionnaire via e-mail. The Capabilities Questionnaire responses must be submitted to Ms. Myrka Mikhail with a courtesy copy to Heidi Bosinger-Waldron on or before 25 June 2018. 4. The Government is interested in all businesses to include, Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a)s, Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Hubzone Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses. 5.
