DoDDS-E Athletic Program Sports Officials

DoDDS-Europe intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for sports official services required by the DoDDS-E Athletic Program for the following schools: Brussels American High School (HS), SHAPE HS, AFNORTH HS, Bitburg HS, Baumholder HS, Ramstein HS, Kaiserslautern HS, Wiesbaden HS, Patch HS, Ansbach HS, Vilseck HS, Hohenfels HS, Aviano HS, Vicenza HS, Naples HS, and Sigonella HS. Prospective contractors shall provide all personnel, management, tools, equipment, labor, uniforms, and transportation, unless otherwise specified as government furnished, necessary to ensure sports official services are performed in accordance with the objectives and standards outlined within a Performance Work Statement (PWS) available upon request. This requirement calls for the continuous efforts on the part of the contractor to ensure certified (and current certification) sports officials are available to officiate during the entire Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) period of performance. The contractor shall provide the required number of officials as required by National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS). Sports to be officiated are football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and wrestling as follows: SPORTS SEASON Football (Boys) Fall Volleyball (Boys & Girls) Fall Basketball (Girls and Boys) Winter Wrestling (Boys) Winter Baseball (Boys) Spring Softball (Girls) Spring Soccer (Boys & Girls) Spring The establishment of this BPA does not guarantee any BPA calls (orders). In the event that the Government has a need for items listed under this BPA, the Government shall order in accordance with FAR Part 13.303. Calls will be placed against the BPA as services are required. The Period of performance will be effective on/about 25 February 2015 through 24 February 2020.
