Master Agreement 101625-DOG is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and Dog-ON-It Parks, Inc. The agreement establishes a cooperative purchasing solution for dog park equipment and solutions, including playground, water play, aquatic equipment, site amenities, and outdoor fitness equipment with related accessories and installation. This turn-key solution is available to thousands of governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada. The contract has an initial four-year term with possible extensions up to a maximum of seven years. Under the agreement, participating agencies receive a 5% discount off the list price, with an additional 2% volume discount for orders exceeding $50,000. Dog-ON-It Parks is responsible for delivering operational equipment that complies with all applicable safety and regulatory standards, with final inspection and acceptance conducted by the participating entity at the delivery site. The supplier must adhere to strict federal compliance requirements, including the Buy American Act, Davis-Bacon Act, and prohibitions on certain foreign telecommunications equipment. Additionally, the supplier is mandated to provide quarterly transaction reports to Sourcewell, the failure of which is considered a material breach of the contract.
