This is a notice of the intent to conduct a sole source acquisition for a commercial item, to be awarded to Insurance Services Office Inc. (ISO). This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics is requesting a one-time purchase for Auto Insurance Data for the Office of Prices and Living Conditions (OPLC). Please see the attached Justification for more information. If any other businesses are able to meet this need, they must respond to this notice by the response deadline stated in FBO. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with ISO will be pursued. You can submit your responses and any questions to lee.jasmine.4@dol.gov.
