14 May 26_ Posting Amendment 3 to update Attachment 13 and update description in CLIN 0006.
13 May 26_ Posting Amendment 2 to update attachments 1, 8, 13, 18, and add Attachment 19. This amendment is extending the proposal due date one day from 2:00pm MDT on 18 May 26 to 2:00pm MDT on 19 May 26, and adding Clause 52.222-90 Addressing DEI discrimination by Federal Contractors to comply with Section 3 of E.O. 14398. Due to strict funding timelines the proposal due date will not be extended any further.
11 May 26_ Posting Amendment 1 to provide Q&A and additional attachments (attachments 12-18). The unanswered questions on the Q&A will be provided tommorrow with Amendment 2. There will not be a proposal due date extension for this project due to strict funding timelines.
The contractor shall perform all services and provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete work. The scope of work is primarily interior focused and includes demolition; replacement of furnishings, architectural finishes, and reconfiguration of interior spaces including widening doorways. Exterior work includes window replacement and repair or replacement of damaged sidewalks. The project also includes structural modifications, as well as mechanical, electrical plumbing, and fire protection work.
