Full Description
DAF has issued new policy directing the implementation of no-cost broadband internet access in permanent party unaccompanied housing dormitories. The broadband internet must be able to provide wireless internet access with a minimum sustained bandwidth (MSB) of at least 100 Megabits per second (Mbps) download and 20 Mbps upload for 11 dormitories consisting of 827 rooms and 43 common areas. The contractors who are interested in bidding shall be registered in the Information and Communication Technologies Authority in Turkey (Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu) and provide an active certificate demonstrating this registration (BTK certificate).
