The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 2, 2024 for the Downar Bird Farm Brood Barn Replacement in Goshen County, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of construction of a new brood barn and associated utilities and fencing, along with the demolition of the existing Brood barns and Chukar houses. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time on Monday, June 17, 2024 at the Downar Bird Farm, 3998 Road 42, Yoder, WY 82244. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on June 21, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on June 25, 2024.
