Solicitation # SFGOV-0000011970
The San Francisco Department of Public Health is seeking qualified firms to provide as-needed community outreach and media services to support the San Francisco Health Network, Behavioral Health Services, and Population Health Division. These services are designed to reach all San Francisco residents equitably, with a focus on addressing the disproportionate public health impacts experienced by communities of different races, ethnicities, national origins, genders, and sexual orientations. The goal is to deliver culturally competent communications and outreach that reflect the diverse needs of the city’s population. This solicitation is a reissue of a prior RFQ and aims to re-open and extend the existing prequalified vendor list, which will remain active until March 11, 2029. Vendors previously qualified under the earlier solicitation are automatically retained and are not required to resubmit, though they may choose to do so. The RFQ was published on August 10, 2026, with a deadline for submitting responses set for September 16, 2026. Questions must be submitted by August 27, 2026, and an addendum addressing those questions is expected by September 4, 2026. The announcement of the updated prequalified vendor list is anticipated by October 2, 2026. Work will be performed within San Francisco, California, and inquiries should be directed to Kevin Qin and Lisa Lui at the Department of Public Health.
