RFQ031459 - Traffic Management Center (TMC) Office Modifications Walkthrough Date/Time: October 17, 2025 @ 1:00 pm Location: 1881 E. 25th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43219 Contact: Sara Haupricht, +1 (555) 000-0000 or Catherine Emhuff, +1 (555) 000-0000. Description: This will be a design-build project. The general contractor will be responsible for obtaining any necessary drawings, permits, and inspections for work performed. The focus of the project is adding an additional office and recapture some additional space from the lobby entrance area. See attached mark-up. Full scope can be discussed during site visit for pre-bid. Scope: Contractor will obtain all permits and drawings needed to complete the work. This project is expected to require multiple trades. Contractor will be responsible for all inspections, and final occupancy. 1. Drywall and painting 2. Electrical for lighting and switches a. Switches and light panels to match existing. 3. Flooring for both carpet and tile 4. HVAC moving of thermostats, duct work and potentially the addition of VAV equipment that will integrate into the existing Johnson Controls system 5. Moving any sprinkler heads, door pulls, and strobes as required by code 6. Doors and Windows will be salvaged for reuse 7. Matrix entry system and maglock system will be salvaged and reused for corridor doors General contracting services shall be in accordance with contract and RFQ028293.
