DQM RECERTIFICATION AND ODESS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District is seeking information for a firm-fixed price purchase order regarding the recertification of the Dredging Quality Management monitoring system and the implementation of the Operations and Dredging Endangered Species System on the Dredge McFARLAND. Located at the Fort Mifflin Project Office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the scope of work involves the inspection, repair, calibration, and recertification of the DQM system, including the calibration of drag-head depth sensors and the provision of a 4G modem and wireless service. The contractor will be required to provide onsite support for the 2018 certification process, deliver an updated Dredge Plant Instrumentation Plan, and be present for system testing by USACE personnel to renew the vessel's DQM certificate. Additionally, the project includes the procurement, configuration, and installation of the ODESS on the vessel. This effort is designated as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541330. The anticipated period of performance for these requirements is 45 calendar days from the date of award.
