Sealed Bids are invited for the construction of the Abingdon Drainage Improvements Phase I – East Main St. in the Town of Abingdon, VA. The Bids received will be opened publicly opened and read aloud beginning shortly after 2:00 p.m., on (the same day), at the same location. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be in accordance with procedure (i) of Section 2.2 - 4330 of the Code ofVirginia.
