DRASH TENT REPAIRS

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to DHS Systems LLC. The Drash Tents have parts and accessories particular to DHS Systems LLC. The HHC 20th ENG BDE has been using this equipment on Fort Bragg for the past several years and needs this equipment repaired and operational immediately. The requirement is for one (1) repair and provide replacement parts to include: Batteries, V-Belts, Ducts, 4LE1-Nonpro Engine, Hoses, Tarps, Cables, Clamps, Door, Side Storage w/ Hinges, Stake Set, Fabric, Windline Assy, Canopy, Schedule Maintenance, Repair Kit, and Hub Extensions. This is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these supplies, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet the requirements. If no affirmative written response is received, the supplies will be awarded without further notice.
