DRC-27F123 - AOCI Power House Improvements - AE RFQ

The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission is soliciting professional architectural and engineering services for the AOCI Power House Improvements at Oakwood Correctional in Lima, Ohio. With an estimated total project cost of 4,800,000 dollars, the scope of work includes replacing electrical panels, transformers, feeds, and switchgear original to the 1950s, as well as installing new generators for the Powerhouse, Farm, Warehouse, and E-Building. Additional facility requirements involve renovating the Powerhouse building, installing a new heating boiler, replacing windows and doors, removing underground fuel tanks, adding an above-ground diesel storage tank, repairing a barn roof, and demolishing old farm buildings. The selected firm will be responsible for all design phases, including program verification, schematic design, design development, construction document preparation, and BIM deliverables.
