The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) / Environmental Sciences Group (ESG) has a requirement for a drill rig for continuous core sampling through borehole drilling, monitoring well installation, and decommissioning of on-site wells for environmental assessments at the Float Dock, located at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
The objectives are:

- Decommission four (4) damaged monitoring wells at the Float Dock
