Unexploded Explosive Ordnances (UXO) Services Source List

Defence Construction Canada – Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Unexploded Explosive Ordnances (UXO) Services Source List (SL) at various locations across Canada (Project No. UXOSL24) Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from UXO contractors to establish a national UXO SL to provide “as and when required” services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for projects on active sites located on Bases, Wings or other DND property across Canada and for the specific Legacy sites at various locations across Canada. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFQ. The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $30,000,000.00. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00 with no maximum Commission limit. The total maximum value of all commissions under the SL is $50,000,000.00 and the total maximum term of the SL is five (5) years. Refer to the RFQ document for additional information. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
