The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (“CNYRTA” or “Authority”) is requesting proposals from professional organizations to provide drug & alcohol testing and physical exam services. The CNYRTA has established a 30% M/WBE goal on this contract – 15% MBE and 15% WBE. Individuals or firms who desire to submit a Proposal may download the “Request for Proposal Package” from centro.bonfirehub.com. Proposals must be received via centro.bonfirehub.com no later than 1:00PM EST on October 6, 2026. Late submittals will not be accepted or considered for award. Firms wishing to submit proposals do so entirely at their own risk. There is not an express or implied obligation on the part of the CNYRTA to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing and submitting proposals in response to this request. The CNYRTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason. Proposals received within the confines of the due date will remain in effect sixty (60) days from the due date. All proposers will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors. Each proposer will be required to comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations. The CNYRTA hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively insure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority/women owned business enterprise (M/WBE), and service disabled veteran owned business (SDVOB) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
