Drug & Alcohol Testing Services

Hidalgo County is soliciting bids under RFB-26-0512-10-07-04 for Drug and Alcohol Testing Services to support the Sheriff’s Department. The selected contractor will establish a collection program for County employees, providing urine, blood, and breathalyzer testing for pre-employment, random testing for TCOLE-licensed or safety-sensitive staff, and post-incident or return-to-duty scenarios. Services must adhere to U.S. Department of Transportation standards and local, state, and federal laws.
