Dry Cleaning Services Standing Offer

By means of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO), Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking offers from Offerors to supply services to the Technical Field Support Services (TFSS), Polar Continental Shelf Program (PCSP) in the National Capital Region (NCR) for laundry services. There are no Trade Agreements applicable to this requirement. The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish National Master Standing Offers for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers.. This procurement is subject to the Standard on the Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and the Setting of Reduction Targets. For further information refer to Part 4, Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection, Part 5 – Certifications and Additional Information and Part 7 – Resulting Contract Clauses for further information. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.” There is no security requirement associated with this RFSO or any resulting call-up issued against the awarded Standing Offer (SO).
