Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Sedimentation Basin Rehabilitation Project

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Sedimentation Basin Rehabilitation Project. The primary objective is to replace chain-and-flight mechanisms for rectangular type clarifiers and associated ancillary components, with a secondary objective to rehabilitate a 220-foot-long section of the basin. The scope includes surface preparation, concrete resurfacing, crack injection using Type II hydrophilic material, and watertightness leak testing. All work must be performed at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the contractor is required to maintain ongoing basin operations to minimize process disruptions. The performance period requires the operational use of all four refurbished basins within 252 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with a 15-working-day allowance for weather delays. Final payment is contingent upon a manufacturer's letter of acceptance and the completion of all punch list items.
