AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE: Please ignore the response deadline that appears in the Ariba Discovery posting. You must submit your bid and all required supporting documentation by 14:00 EST on 2022-12-16. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will be declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number - Doc3626347453 dated October 13, 2022 with a closing of November 23, 2022 at 14:00 EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Canadian Health Measures Survey (CHMS) at Statistics Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 156kg dry ice on a weekly basis for 5 weeks + 1 optional week to their 14 mobile clinic locations across Canada when each location is operating, and 14 delivery + 1 optional delivery of 12kg dry ice on a monthly basis to their head office in Ottawa. Contract Period: January 10, 2023 – Dec 31, 2024 Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
