AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-02-15 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) requires the certification, preventative maintenance, and ad-hoc repair of three constant air volume (CAV) bypass ducted fume hoods within Designated Safe Sampling Areas (DSSA) (referred to as "fume hoods"). These fume hoods are specifically designed for continuous use, capturing, containing, and exhausting fumes, vapors, and particulates generated within their cavities. CBSA is required to ensure the safe and effective operation of these fume hoods, thus safeguarding personnel from exposure to hazardous chemicals and minimizing equipment downtime. The fume hoods are located in Ville St-Laurent, Quebec, Mississauga, Ontario, and Richmond, British Columbia. This is a one-year contract with the option to extend three additional years. BIDDERS CAN BID ON ONE OR ALL OF THE DELIVERY LOCATIONS.
